What is IPL hair removal system?

The unique hair removal system is a non invasive light therapy device specially designed to eliminate undesirable hair from all parts of the body.

How does it remove hair?

The IPL hair removal system uses a pulsed light to remove hair and impair hair re-growth. After applying a cool gel and a hand held device, pulses of light safely penetrate the skin and hundreds of hiar follicles simultaneously. Much hair is wiped off when removing gel is applied. The hair in treated areas then fall out within a few weeks.

Is it painful?

When a pulse of light is delivered to the hair, you may feel a mild sting or punch.

How many treatments are required?

This varies depending on the hair colour and location of the hair in the body. On average 6 - 12 treatments are needed.

Is the result permanent?

Yes, all hair follicles in the anagen growth cycle that have been treated by IPL will be permanently removed and will never grow again. However, the hair follicles that were not in the anagen growth cycle can not be treated, do for best results multiple treatments are required.
